1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of omnihuman2.io (the "Service"), operated as an independent third-party tool. By creating an account or generating a video, you accept these Terms.

The Service generates videos with AI models, including OmniHuman 2.0, a model developed by ByteDance and accessed through third-party APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance, BytePlus, fal.ai, or ElevenLabs.

2. Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address when you register. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Credits and payment

Generating a video costs credits. The current rate is 30 credits for a 30-second video. Your first video is free.

• Credits are prepaid and tied to your account.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• If a generation fails, the credits spent on that job are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Credits are not refundable for cash once purchased, except where required by law.

4. Your content and permissions

You are responsible for every photo, audio file, and text prompt you submit ("Input"), and for the videos produced from it ("Output").

By submitting Input, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the photo and the voice in it.
• The person shown or heard has consented to this kind of use, where consent is required.
• Your use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

You retain rights to your Input. You also retain rights to your Output, subject to the underlying model terms of the providers we use. We store your Input and Output only to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in immediate suspension and, where required, disclosure to authorities.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated video can contain artifacts or inaccuracies; review Output before publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
