What you may and may not create with the OmniHuman 2.0 video generator
2026/10/17
This policy sets the rules for content created with omnihuman2.io. It applies to every photo, audio file, prompt, and generated video. Violations can lead to immediate suspension, removal of content, and forfeiture of credits.
You may not generate videos of identifiable real people unless you hold the rights to the photo and the person has consented to this use. This includes celebrities, public figures, actors, and musicians. Using a celebrity photo or a cloned celebrity voice to make them "say" anything is prohibited, full stop.
You may not generate sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors, and you may not use photos of minors in any context that sexualizes or endangers them. We report suspected child-safety violations to the relevant authorities.
You may not create content intended to defraud, impersonate, or mislead. This includes fake endorsements, fabricated news presented as real, fake product reviews, phishing messages, and impersonation of another person, company, or official.
You may not generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, or that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Many platforms, including TikTok, require realistic AI-generated video to be labeled when posted. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you publish your videos.
We investigate reports and suspend accounts that violate this policy. If you believe a video generated with this Service violates this policy, report it to [email protected] with the job ID where possible.
